Our first broken bone{chipped bone, to be exact}and a hard cast tomorrow. It happened during soccer today, can't ya tell? He was upset, but it is setting in. But he all ready is pulling our strings, the only was I was allowed to post about it was if he is allowed to go to the Dover race in two weeks......again, can't you tell we caved?
Twelve and a half years, nine children and finally a first broken bone. Not too bad, huh?

Aw, too bad, poor guy.
We made it 14 years before my son sheared off his ankle bone the first week of school - at school... then in shock rode his bike home 5 km, mostly up hill.
Well, if there is an up side - atleast your son didn't break it at the beginning of the summer. Tell him we wish him a speedy and not-itchy 6 week recovery.
